Nervous System Reset Sessions
When you’ve been holding it together for a long time, your body doesn’t always know it’s allowed to exhale.
Nervous System Reset Sessions are a space to slow down and listen – so you can reconnect with what your nervous system has been carrying beneath the surface. Through a blend of somatic awareness, grounding, breath work, gentle parts work and yoga nidra, we support your system in coming back toward safety and stability, creating the conditions for real change to take root.
Nervous system regulation isn’t about becoming calm all the time. It’s about helping your system build the capacity to move through life with more steadiness, presence, and self-trust – without overwhelm, shut down, or losing yourself in the process. This work helps you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more able to meet life from a place of inner stability.

For years, I lived from my mind — pushing, striving, holding it all together—until my body told me it couldn’t keep up.
Through somatic work, I learned that real change begins when we listen within. When we create safety in the body, emotions can move, clarity returns, and we reconnect with our own steadiness.
Now, I support women through Nervous System Reset Sessions that integrate somatic awareness, gentle parts work, breath-based practices and yoga nidra. Drawing from both lived experience and professional training, my work is designed to help you come back to yourself, build self-trust, and feel more grounded in the way you move through life.

My Approach
My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, nervous system-based approach that supports real, lasting change.
I integrate a personalized blend of somatic awareness, gentle parts work, breath-based practices and yoga nidra – creating a space where your body can begin to feel safe enough to slow down, process and restore.
I am a trauma-informed yoga teacher with over 18 years of experience in the wellness space, and a certified Mind Body Coach through the Embody Lab. This allows me to support you in a way that is both intuitive and grounded in evidence based practices.
My training includes:

IFS-informed parts work
Polyvagal-informed nervous system regulation
Mindfulness and breath-based practices
CBT-informed coaching tools
About the Sessions
Each session begins with grounding practices to connect you to your body and create a sense of safety in the present moment. From there, we explore what’s here — burnout, self-doubt, fear, or a longing for change — using somatic awareness, breath, gentle parts work and/or yoga nidra to uncover what your system is holding and what it needs.
I’ll guide you with compassion and presence, helping you listen inward, build capacity, and strengthen self-trust in a way that feels steady and sustainable.
You’ll leave each session feeling more centered, supported, and connected to yourself. Over time, you’ll develop tools for greater resilience, inner safety and trust that extend far beyond our time together.
Nervous System Reset Sessions
Begin with a single Nervous System Reset Session, or choose an ongoing package for deeper nervous system healing and integration. Packages provide a higher level of support. Rather than approaching each session as a stand alone experience, I’m able to track patterns, prepare intentionally for your sessions, and guide your nervous system through a progressive healing process.
Nervous System Reset Session - $140 + gst
This 75-minute 1:1 session is designed to help you gently shift out of stress mode and reconnect with your body. Each session is personalized based on what your nervous system needs that day, and may include a blend of somatic awareness, grounding, breath work, gentle parts work and yoga nidra.
Together, we’ll create space to listen to what your nervous system is holding and support it in moving toward greater safety, steadiness, and regulation.
You may leave feeling more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself, with a deeper awareness of what your body needs most in this season.
This is a supportive place to begin if you’re new to this work or navigating stress, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, or disconnection from yourself. Many clients begin here and then continue with a package for deeper, ongoing support.
Once you book, you’ll receive access to schedule your sessions at times that work for you. Sessions are held via Zoom in a calm, supportive space.
RESET FOUNDATION - 3 SESSION PACKAGE - $400 + gst
This 3 session container is designed to help you begin working with your nervous system in a more intentional, supported way. Together, we move beyond short-term relief and start building awareness, safety, and connection in your body.
This continuity allows your nervous system to build safety over time, creating the foundation for deeper awareness, steadiness, and lasting change.
This is a supportive place to begin if you’re ready for more consistent guidance and care.

RESET INTEGRATION - 6 SESSION PACKAGE - $750 + gst
This 6-session container is for the woman who is ready to go deeper — to move out of survival mode and into a more grounded, clear, and supported way of being.
Over six sessions, we work more progressively and gently with what’s present. Together, we begin to notice recurring patterns, build greater capacity in your nervous system, and support meaningful, lasting change. This longer container allows for deeper integration, more intentional support between sessions, and space to work at a pace that truly honours your nervous system.
This is a beautiful option if you know you’re ready for deeper support and want to commit to your healing in a more sustained way.
