Nervous System Reset Sessions

When you’ve been holding it together for a long time, your body doesn’t always know it’s allowed to exhale. Nervous System Reset Sessions are a space to slow down and listen — so you can reconnect with what your nervous system has been carrying beneath the surface. Through somatic awareness, grounding, breath, and gentle parts work, we support your system in coming back toward safety and stability, creating the conditions for real change to take root.

Nervous system regulation isn’t about becoming calm all the time. It’s about helping your system regain the capacity to fully engage with life — without overwhelm, shutdown, or losing yourself in the process—so you can feel grounded and capable again — reconnected to yourself and your life.

For years, I lived from my mind—pushing, striving, holding it all together—until my body told me it couldn’t keep up.

Through somatic work, I learned that real change begins when we listen within. When we create safety in the body, emotions can move, clarity returns, and we reconnect with our own steadiness.

Now, I guide women through Nervous System Reset Sessions—supporting you to come back to yourself, build self-trust, and feel more grounded in your life.

About the Sessions

Each session begins with simple grounding practices to connect you to your body and create a sense of safety in the present moment. From there, we explore what’s here — burnout, self-doubt, fear, or a longing for change — using somatic awareness, breath, and gentle parts work to uncover what your system is holding and what it needs.

I’ll guide you with compassion and presence, helping you listen inward, build capacity, and strengthen self-trust in a way that feels steady and sustainable.

You’ll leave each session feeling more centered, supported, and connected to yourself. Over time, you’ll develop tools for resilience and inner safety that extend far beyond our time together.

Nervous System Reset Sessions

Begin with a single Nervous System Reset Session, or choose an ongoing package for deeper nervous system healing and integration. Packages provide a higher level of support. Rather than approaching each session as a stand alone experience, I’m able to track patterns, prepare intentionally for your sessions, and guide your nervous system through a progressive healing process. 
This continuity allows your nervous system to build safety over time, creating deeper, more stable, and lasting change. 
Nervous System Reset Session - $150 + gst

This 60min 1:1 session is designed to help you downshift out of stress mode and reconnect with your body. Together, we’ll create space to listen to what your nervous system is holding, and support it in returning toward safety and stability.

You’ll leave feeling more grounded, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

This is the best place to begin if you are new to this work. Many clients begin here and continue with a package for deeper, ongoing support. 

Sessions are conducted via Zoom.

RESET FOUNDATION - 3 SESSION PACKAGE - $550 + gst

This package is for the woman who’s ready to reconnect with herself – to move out of her head and back into her body, and begin feeling grounded, clear, and steady again.

These three sessions offer a soft landing. A beginning. A chance to slow down, tune in, and start gently shifting what’s been asking for change. 

Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that have been holding it all together, and the parts of you are quietly calling for something more. You’ll learn to listen to your body’s signals, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild trust in yourself from the inside out. 

You don’t have to know the whole path – you just have to be willing to begin. 

Once you book, you’ll receive access to schedule your sessions at times that work for you. Sessions are 60mins and held via Zoom in a calm, supportive space. 

RESET INTEGRATION - 6 SESSION PACKAGE - $1050 + gst

This package is for the woman who’s ready to reconnect with herself — to move out of her head and back into her body, and begin feeling grounded, clear, and steady again.

Over six sessions, we’ll explore the deeper layers of your patterns with compassion and curiosity. Together, we’ll gently untangle the protective habits, beliefs, and parts of you that have kept you in holding patterns — so you can live in a way that feels safe, open, and aligned with who you are.

You’ll learn how to stay connected to your body through discomfort, regulate your nervous system with greater ease, and build the kind of self-trust that creates lasting change. Over time, you’ll expand your capacity to receive — support, clarity, and stability — without returning to survival mode.

This isn’t about temporary relief. It’s about creating real, embodied change — so you can move through your life feeling more grounded, capable, and connected to yourself.
